To develop and provide open access to Christian resources that empower believers to apply biblical principles to critical life issues.
There is a pandemic of biblical illiteracy which incapacitates the church from carrying out her mission of evangelism and edification. In the western world this information deficit is due to increasing secularism, in parts of Europe and Asia it is the inheritance of communism, in the Middle and Far East it is often the result of religious suppression or persecution, and in the southern hemispheres it is due to grinding poverty. Pre-Christians and Christians alike need access to solid biblical teaching to effectively carry out their divine calling. Through strategic use of information technologies we can achieve broad distribution of essential resources.
Our vision has two primary components: (A) We are developing a digital seminary which will effectively provide open (and free) access to advanced Christian education which is portable to IPods, DVD's, and telephone technologies. Our vision is to turn the average commute into an extraordinary equipping experience. (B) We currently have three public Christian libraries in major international cities which provide a coffee-shop atmosphere with open access to books, DVD's, lectures and events. These public spaces are neutral spaces where seekers can actively engage Christians in dialogue about their faith. Libraries are non-threatening environments for those who are not yet prepared to visit a church.
